What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate requests for proposals and drive revenue through new and existing relationships with brokers and consultants
  • Conduct meetings and finalist presentations to enhance partnerships and product training
  • Log and utilize Salesforce as a CRM to manage client interactions and opportunities
  • Plan and manage travel logistics for meetings and client engagements
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to explore growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Ability to travel 8‑12 times annually
  • Must demonstrate emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset
