What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive new customer acquisition while managing a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)
  • Conduct analytical and consultative sales cycles to secure business in competitive environments
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions using the employer’s communication API platform
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to create mutually beneficial contracts that meet customer needs
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools, such as Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years managing analytical products or solutions
  • Direct experience in selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and executing successful territory strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for account development and business forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, and global communications platforms
  • Background in a quantitative industry such as Fintech, investment banking, or security
  • Experience in software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling
