- Drive new customer acquisition while managing a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)
- Conduct analytical and consultative sales cycles to secure business in competitive environments
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions using the employer’s communication API platform
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to create mutually beneficial contracts that meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools, such as Salesforce
- Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years managing analytical products or solutions
- Direct experience in selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and executing successful territory strategies
- Strong analytical skills for account development and business forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deep experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, and global communications platforms
- Background in a quantitative industry such as Fintech, investment banking, or security
- Experience in software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling
