- Partner with sales leadership to develop clear and compelling sales materials
- Document and streamline the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff
- Build and maintain a centralized repository for sales content and documentation
- Regularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation)
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguity
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience working with CRM systems and collaboration tools
- Background in marketing before transitioning into sales enablement or operations
- Experience working in an eCommerce, technology, or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Rev Ops concepts and sales/marketing alignment
- Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams
