What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create, update, and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks, proposal templates, and case studies
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop clear and compelling sales materials
  • Document and streamline the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository for sales content and documentation
  • Regularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation)
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguity
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Experience working with CRM systems and collaboration tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in marketing before transitioning into sales enablement or operations
  • Experience working in an eCommerce, technology, or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with Rev Ops concepts and sales/marketing alignment
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams
