What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create, update, and maintain various sales collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and sales scripts
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop clear, compelling sales materials based on offerings
  • Document and streamline the sales process for clarity and repeatability
  • Build and maintain an organized repository for all sales content and documentation
  • Regularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience in creating and managing sales collateral
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build structure from ambiguity
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a consulting, agency, or B2B services environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in marketing prior to transitioning into sales enablement or operations
  • Experience in an ecommerce, technology, or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with Rev Ops concepts and sales/marketing alignment
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams
