What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned retail channels to achieve revenue and market share objectives
  • Manage existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Oversee financial performance including net sales, gross profit, and operating expenses
  • Build senior‑level relationships and lead major customer engagements and negotiations
  • Ensure disciplined execution of sales performance metrics and operational excellence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience, including national account management and leadership
  • Proven experience in managing P&L and key profitability levers
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 50%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated success leading multi‑channel retail and/or eCommerce businesses in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with executional oversight in fast‑paced environments
