- Minimum of 5 years in a sales or sales leadership role with experience in closing deals
- At least 3 years of experience selling into the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude
- Experience with is strongly preferred
- Direct dealership experience is preferred
- Numbers‑driven with a commitment to consistently over‑achieving targets
- Analytical thinker capable of challenging traditional solutions
- Experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
- Strong presentation skills for frequent interaction with various leadership teams
