- Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts and implement account plans to grow discretionary business
- Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications
- Partner with integrators to identify new avenues for increased revenues and margin
- Execute strategic selling capabilities and lead training dialogues within integrators
- Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and communication
- 2+ years of sales experience or 5+ years in the access control space preferred
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Technical acumen and understanding of access control components and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in the access control industry or related sales environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry‑specific software
- Strong data‑driven approach to tracking and presenting results
- Proven ability to motivate partners and develop strategic relationships
- Ideal candidate will reside within the Greater St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO area
