What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop distribution strategies to maximize availability of residential brands
  • Create customized business plans for key customers, including promotional activities and revenue goals
  • Manage customer sales personnel in selling Allegion products
  • Conduct job site surveys to gather competitive information and project specifications
  • Utilize CRM tools for customer contact management and project follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the single-family builder channel industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others with a bias for action
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
