• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through existing relationships and networking
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to nurture and cultivate prospects
• Meet or exceed aggressive annual revenue goals through effective sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with brokers and educate them on business trends and product offerings
• Manage sales pipeline and activities using company database tools

• Minimum of 7 years of group sales experience; 10+ years preferred
• Proven track record of being in the top 20% of a prior sales organization
• Extensive knowledge of ancillary benefits products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience ranking in the top 10% among national ancillary carriers
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality
