• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and PBM clients
• Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with client needs
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
• Position the employer’s offerings to address critical operational challenges in healthcare
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and exceed growth targets through accurate forecasting

• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions to payers or PBMs
• Proven track record of acquiring new logos and achieving $5M+ annual sales targets
• Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare
• Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value‑based care drivers
• Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills

• A relentless drive to compete, close, and win in a challenging market
