What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet established criteria before routing them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Conduct timely outreach to new leads and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure qualified leads progress effectively into opportunities
  • Track and report on personal KPIs, pipeline contribution, and follow-up activity
  • Provide ongoing feedback on lead trends and market insights to inform strategic improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer engagement, or related roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
