• Achieve sales targets by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community interactions
• Support team performance by conducting side-by-side selling, coaching, and facilitating sales skill development
• Lead weekly sales meetings and assist with key performance indicator reporting
• Collaborate with local leadership to drive overall market penetration and sales growth
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
• Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings
• Less than 2 years of experience working in a target-driven sales role with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
