- Collaborate with Regional Vice President to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs
- Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions for existing clients
- Advocate for client needs and participate in evaluating new product requests
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
- Background in the higher education market is a plus
- Experience with billing, payment processing, and ecommerce services is helpful
- Familiarity with commonly utilized ERP systems in higher education (e.g., Oracle, Ellucian)
- Experience with ERP systems such as People Soft, Cloud, Banner, or Workday
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Initiative and ownership in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Ability to promote new services and up-sell into customer accounts
