What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Retain and grow relationships with designated higher education accounts
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice President to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs
  • Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions for existing clients
  • Advocate for client needs and participate in evaluating new product requests
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
  • Background in the higher education market is a plus
  • Experience with billing, payment processing, and ecommerce services is helpful
  • Familiarity with commonly utilized ERP systems in higher education (e.g., Oracle, Ellucian)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as People Soft, Cloud, Banner, or Workday
  • Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and ownership in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Ability to promote new services and up-sell into customer accounts
