What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead sales team members to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise deals while maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Provide hands‑on coaching on effective cold calling, prospecting, and sales cycle management
  • Monitor pipeline health and ensure the sales process is running smoothly, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions to align strategies with company goals
  • Onboard and train new sales reps on effective sales processes and provide continuous support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales and sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in new business development
  • Experience working with large corporations and tailoring sales strategies to secure new business
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, particularly Sandler, and experience in coaching sales techniques
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to hold the team accountable for their performance

  • Experience in closing complex deals and managing the full sales cycle from Business Development Representative to Account Executive
