- Experience working with large corporations and tailoring sales strategies to secure new business
- Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, particularly Sandler, and experience in coaching sales techniques
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to hold the team accountable for their performance
- Experience in closing complex deals and managing the full sales cycle from Business Development Representative to Account Executive
