Position: Enterprise Account Specialist I

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with Enterprise Account customer contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Provide inside sales support and assistance to customers regarding products and services
  • Work with the Enterprise Account Manager to develop and implement customer‑specific growth strategies
  • Apply proper selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer service KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
    High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of inside or outside sales/customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow and influence the selling process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Ability to multi‑task with a high degree of attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role within the temporary space solutions industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Familiarity with pricing guidelines and product knowledge in the industry
