What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive pipeline generation and top‑of‑funnel activities with priority partners
  • Own partner deal cycle management, including sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Collaborate with partners to manage territories and adapt offerings to market needs
  • Enable Account Executives to sell faster and larger deals with partner support
  • Develop partner sales strategies and ensure accountability to achieve sales plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Deep knowledge of the SaaS selling process with a proven track record of over‑achievement
  • Experience working with partners and understanding of partner ecosystems
  • Strong solution selling capability to drive a consultative sales process
  • Excellent presentation skills, including experience working with C‑level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other relevant professional degree encouraged

  • Project/program management skills to manage complexities with multiple partner sellers
  • Coaching and teaching abilities to activate partner sellers
  • A scale mindset with the ability to enable others
  • Demonstrated passion for winning and creative problem‑solving
