What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate new sales prospects and manage a sales territory, including renewals and account management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and engage in negotiations to successfully close sales
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and provide detailed sales reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage a territory/account and effectively monitor resources

  • Experience using CRM and sales tracking software
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals
