- Lead the full sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to expanding existing accounts

- Utilize CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast goals
- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - 8-11 years of experience in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of sales processes and professional sales training
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, greater than 50%
- Experience in IT or cloud computing sales
- Familiarity with Rackspace product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams or projects
