What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and manage customer relationships, driving satisfaction and account growth
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to expanding existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 8-11 years of experience in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of sales processes and professional sales training
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, greater than 50%

  • Experience in IT or cloud computing sales
  • Familiarity with Rackspace product portfolio and competitive landscape
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
