What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
  • Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with customers
  • Actively search for and close new business opportunities
  • Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while managing cash flow
  • Consult with customers regarding requirements for emergency and planned rental projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment or commercial/industrial HVAC
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel, including overnight, up to 50% within the territory
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • HVAC or Building Technologies sales experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Working experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
