• Manage the residential sales strategy and execution with representative agencies to ensure delivery of initiatives
• Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales to showroom partners
• Cultivate customer relationships with key showroom personnel and execute strategic growth initiatives
• Drive increased specifications with residential architects and designers through brand awareness activities and networking
• Oversee successful product launches, including training and display gains

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of field sales experience in construction or showroom sales and/or sales management
• Experience working with home builders and the architecture & design community
• Location within the West Coast territory
• Ability to travel 50% regionally

• CRM experience to manage customer relationships effectively
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing showroom programs
