What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers
- Assist customers with product needs through inventory and order entry systems
- Meet performance standards for call productivity and sales growth
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role within a commission-based environment
- Background in business administration, accountancy, sales, or marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
- Excellent phone manner and active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
