What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Key Account Managers and leadership to execute account strategies and support business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key audiology practices and high‑volume customers
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries and operational support
  • Monitor order status proactively, resolving delays or errors before they escalate
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years in Inside/Outside Sales, Customer Support, or Medical Device Sales
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong technical aptitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Hearing Healthcare is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Confident presenting to customers and internal leaders
  • Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills
  • Skilled in building clear, concise PowerPoint presentations
