- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key audiology practices and high‑volume customers
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries and operational support
- Monitor order status proactively, resolving delays or errors before they escalate
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years in Inside/Outside Sales, Customer Support, or Medical Device Sales
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office with strong technical aptitude
- Experience in Hearing Healthcare is a plus
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Confident presenting to customers and internal leaders
- Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills
- Skilled in building clear, concise PowerPoint presentations
