Position: Renewals Specialist EMEA (German)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute the renewal process to ensure annual recurring revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded
  • Oversee the entire renewal process for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewal of contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Analyze renewal metrics and trends to enhance customer retention strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams for a seamless renewal experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Fluency in German; spoken and written is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a software or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue principles
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gainsight, and other relevant tools
