• Meet or exceed sales quotas while developing strong customer relationships

• Take ownership of the assigned book of business, documenting buying criteria and next steps
• Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes

• Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, particularly in pitching value to development teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers
• A true desire to see customers benefit from their investment

• Experience with Git, Software Development Tools, and Application Lifecycle Management
• Interest in open source software and the employer's mission
