• Manage existing accounts and develop new prospects across various industries
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure service expectations are met
• Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, record maintenance, and report preparation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of sales experience with demonstrated account management skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time and maintain a clean driving record

• Experience managing a field sales team
• Experience in direct sales and customer service
• Familiarity with the sporting goods industry
