Associate Account Manager - Sales

• Maintain and retain relationships with existing customers through proactive outreach
• Develop thorough knowledge of the employer's services and pricing structures
• Respond to cancellation requests and communicate effectively with customers
• Utilize Salesforce to document activities and manage customer interactions
• Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of employer's products

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Availability for scheduled work shifts, Monday to Friday starting at 8 am

• Experience in the waste or transportation industry
• Former sales or high-volume account management experience
