• Sell cybersecurity solutions to State, Local, and Education (SLED) agencies, aiming to exceed annual recurring revenue quotas
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline
• Manage accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and upselling to existing customers
• Document sales results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems
• Act as a customer advocate with internal teams to prioritize efforts that drive revenue

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in prospecting and closing SLED accounts
• Proven track record of successfully closing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex sales processes
• Consistent over-quota performance, ranking in the top 5% of the sales organization
• Technical knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud, and related technologies; experience in selling subscription software/SaaS

• Experience working in a start-up environment or with early-stage companies
• Familiarity with selling to CISOs and security personnel
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
