What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design and execution of go‑to‑market sales operations to enhance sales and productivity
  • Manage sales performance reporting and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making

  • Proven ability to build tools, processes, and reporting that enhance sales effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and field sales teams
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time

  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting
  • Familiarity with sales training and enablement best practices
