• Experience in Customer Success roles or similar, preferably in a SaaS context
• Self-motivation and a focus on achieving goals
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving
• Good knowledge of English to interact in an international context

• Familiarity with CRM systems and enabling technologies
• Results-oriented and customer satisfaction-driven mindset
