- Develop a calling strategy with Zone Directors to maximize territory coverage and sales
- Prospect and establish relationships with health systems, hospitals, and outpatient markets
- Maintain close working relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and cross‑sell products
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for prospective and existing customers
- Provide timely reporting on account activities and market trends using Salesforce/CRM systems
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience preferred
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or related field required
- Ability to travel extensively within an assigned geographic territory
- Strong sales presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in medical device sales or healthcare technology
- Strong ability to develop long‑term business relationships and overcome customer objections
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and appearance
