What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth by engaging with existing customers
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by conducting outbound calls and booking product demonstrations
  • Develop genuine relationships with customers to uncover needs and present solutions
  • Collaborate with Pro Account Executives to assist in closing deals and maintaining communication
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and activities in the database
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, particularly in cross-selling or up-selling roles
  • Minimum of 12 months outbound calling experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% for onsite visits
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle objections and effectively articulate product value propositions

  • Experience in a technology or software sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
