What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of self-sourced and warm opportunities to meet sales goals
  • Utilize a consultative B2B sales process to drive growth in the institutional wealth management space
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce and other tools
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to create strategic solutions for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience in the wealth management industry with expertise in banking, credit unions, or trust services
  • Ability to travel as needed (approx. 25-50%)
  • Strong presentation skills with a track record of success selling to C-suite executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
