• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of self-sourced and warm opportunities to meet sales goals

• 8+ years of experience in the wealth management industry with expertise in banking, credit unions, or trust services
• Ability to travel as needed (approx. 25-50%)
• Strong presentation skills with a track record of success selling to C-suite executives
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with the employer's value proposition for financial institutions
• Existing network of senior wealth leaders or executives in community bank and credit union markets
• Understanding of the distinctions between banks and credit unions
