- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within accounts to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan)
- Act as a customer advocate with internal teams to prioritize initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Minimum 2+ years of direct sales experience in prospecting and closing SLED accounts
- Proven track record of closing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
- Demonstrated success in negotiating with large organizations and handling complex sales
- Experience in cybersecurity software sales, particularly subscription software/SaaS
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in early-stage companies or start‑ups, particularly in competitive environments
- Familiarity with security, email, cloud, and AI technologies
