Position: Business Development Consultant - Enterprise Sales ( OHIO)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop profitable new business account relationships and enhance profitability from existing accounts
  • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
  • Make sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of the employer's products and services
  • Manage ongoing account relationships and establish strong internal and community connections
  • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically nine or more years of relevant experience
  • Established track record in sales, preferably with enterprise or mid-market level customers
  • Extensive knowledge of financial and payment solutions technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with prospecting new merchant clients in the Retail & Services vertical
  • Background in selling merchant processing/acquiring or fintech software sales
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
