- Identify, develop, and quantify value propositions for customers by aligning their needs with adhesive solutions
- Train and motivate authorized industrial distributors to effectively sell LOCTITE brand products
- Prospect for new business opportunities while managing and visiting existing customers
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities and track project pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Inquisitive and collaborative mindset
- Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
- Strong presentation skills in group settings
- Solutions-oriented problem‑solving approach
- Previous experience in technical sales or a related field
- Familiarity with adhesive technologies and their applications
- Strong networking skills within the industrial sector
