What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of the employer’s General Industrial Adhesives business in the Maryland territory
  • Identify, develop, and quantify value propositions for customers by aligning their needs with adhesive solutions
  • Train and motivate authorized industrial distributors to effectively sell LOCTITE brand products
  • Prospect for new business opportunities while managing and visiting existing customers
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities and track project pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • Inquisitive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
  • Strong presentation skills in group settings
  • Solutions-oriented problem‑solving approach
