• Sell the employer's platform and serve as a trusted advisor to C‑Suite and other senior leaders
• Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Drive new revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts
• Educate clients on product packages and options tailored to their needs
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your assigned territory

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Experience with , Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
• Ability to travel when necessary

• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve outstanding results
• Experience in closing complex, consultative deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
