- Drive profitable sales for the Construction & Industrial (C&I) business in the assigned territory
- Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans
- Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors to enhance territory management
- Implement promotions and directives as set by division management
- Collaborate across C&I territories and within other divisions to meet customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or higher AND three (3) years of direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Associate's degree AND five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience in a similar environment
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels
- Sales experience in the Electric C&I Market
- Field/Channel sales experience
- Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
- Strong computer skills, including database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and
- Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
