Position: Regional Sales Manager (KS, OK, IA, NE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain and grow revenue for the EFS division by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business
  • Conduct 10-12 customer or prospect visits per week to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for territory management in collaboration with the sales manager
  • Self-generate leads while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
  • Communicate proactively about work progress and demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience with a proven track record in revenue growth
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Salesforce.com Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel overnight 60%-75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in the over-the-road (OTR) trucking and payments industry
