What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build, lead, and scale a team of 6–8 Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on enterprise accounts
  • Drive strategic pipeline generation through account-based prospecting and targeted outbound campaigns
  • Establish and enforce prospecting standards and guidelines for research, messaging, and account penetration
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to qualified meetings and pipeline health
  • Champion the use of AI-driven prospecting tools and ensure disciplined execution across various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3–5 years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, particularly in enterprise sales contexts
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting into complex enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting strategies
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience managing teams that prospect to Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts
  • Track record of developing SDRs who successfully transition to Enterprise Account Executive roles
  • Experience in building enterprise prospecting playbooks and outbound standards
  • Background in cybersecurity or related industries
  • Personal closing experience is a plus, but not required
