- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, high-value enterprise environments
- Experience closing multi-six and seven-figure ARR deals with global organizations
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
- High level of accountability, competitiveness, and resilience
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and build pipeline independently
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build territory plans that drive sustained new business growth
- Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills
- Passion for winning new business and building market presence
