Maintenance Technician

Columbia Care Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support safe, comfortable, and well-functioning residential and clinical facilities. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. You will respond to work orders, complete inspections, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Working in a mission-driven, trauma-informed environment, you will collaborate with clinical and housing staff to minimize disruptions to services and support a welcoming, recovery-focused setting for clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Conduct routine facility inspections and document findings and repairs
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Maintain tools, supplies, and parts inventory for facility needs
• Collaborate with clinical and housing staff to minimize service disruptions
• Support a trauma-informed, client-centered environment in all maintenance activities
• Accurately document work performed and maintain maintenance records
