• Lead and grow a team of talented mobile engineers, providing coaching and mentorship

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, including performance management and team building
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in mobile applications and APIs
• Proven track record of leading mobile teams through product cycles
• Deep expertise in mobile development, including languages like Swift and Kotlin
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Experience leveraging AI to enhance product development and team processes
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture and testing strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance tooling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in product planning and execution
