• Design and implement new trading products and features
• Extend and scale the low-latency platform on which trading runs
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to deliver on vision
• Improve developer efficiency, engineering excellence, and operational excellence
• Mentor team members and enhance the technical skill set across the team

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
• Strong passion for building an open financial system

• Experience with Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Protobuf, Ruby, and React
• Background in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems
