• Own design and delivery of complex features for the Development Infrastructure team
• Set up local development environments for engineers at the employer
• Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and build tools
• Provide engineering teams with reliable tools and workflows for development
• Actively participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and the software development life cycle

• 7+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems and/or platforms
• 2+ years of experience working with Python
• Experience in teams focused on Engineering Effectiveness, Engineering Productivity, or Development Infrastructure
• Strong customer focus, working with internal engineers to determine the Engineering Effectiveness roadmap
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver them end-to-end

• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD systems
• Familiarity with Bazel
• Experience with GO and security
