• Define product-level architecture and design component-level architecture
• Manage the development of major features and components
• Collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs to clarify requirements into software development tasks
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code and design reviews
• Write unit tests and integration tests for software applications and components

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java, preferably through several complete development cycles
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead preferred
• Strong knowledge of Java 17 and the Spring Framework
• Experience with multi-threading programming and distributed systems

• Experience with JMS, Elasticsearch/Open Search, and Kafka
• Knowledge of AWS or any cloud-based platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication flows
• Experience with Agile Development & Continuous Integration
