What to ExpectJob Responsibilities include supporting and enhancing high-quality software modules for the employer's product suite, analyzing and resolving software-related issues from internal or external customers, documenting specifications, design, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout, communicating technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership, mentoring other developers, and contributing to continuous improvement in software development processes.
Responsibilities- Support and enhance high-quality software modules for the employer's product suite
- Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from internal or external customers
- Document specifications, design, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership
- Mentor other developers and contribute to continuous improvement in software development processes
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years of industry experience with 2+ years in healthcare data
- Proficiency in optimizing and tuning SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Experience with languages such as Java or Python, and third-party platforms like Appian, Cloudera Hadoop
- Strong knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices preferred
- Experience working with large datasets
- Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, HBASE, and Hive
- Knowledge of web services using Java and Spring Boot
- Demonstrated critical thinking and attention to detail
- Curiosity and learning agility in data analysis methodologies and tools
- Salary up to $145,000
