• Design, build, and maintain software development frameworks and shared libraries for backend engineers
• Implement customer-focused abstractions to simplify and standardize feature offerings
• Ensure performance, automation, and standardization of gRPC services
• Manage and resolve complex technical problems and incidents while maintaining service availability
• Produce professional documentation and diagrams to communicate concepts and architectures effectively

• Minimum of 2+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale backend systems
• Strong proficiency in modern tech stacks, particularly Go and gRPC
• Experience in building shared libraries and frameworks for large organizations
• Ability to refactor legacy codebases and decommission unused logic
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance business needs with technical solutions

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high bar for quality and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in scaling backend infrastructure
