• Lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to modern Lightning Web Components, managing the entire project lifecycle
• Write high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to Salesforce best practices and ensuring comprehensive test classes and documentation
• Perform system and regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of developed solutions
• Identify technical challenges and implement optimal solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
• Collaborate with business analysts and team members to ensure smooth design, implementation, and deployment processes

• 5+ years of IT experience with significant hands‑on development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and C-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in Apex Development, including advanced triggers, classes, and understanding of Salesforce governor limits
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components, including event handling and data binding
• In-depth understanding and implementation experience with Salesforce Flows and integration options

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience in writing technical design documents and requirements specifications
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a closely related field
